View call usage
Review operational history and separate exact-connected billing evidence.
Open Usage in the portal sidebar. Choose a UTC start date and an exclusive end date, then select Apply.
The summary shows:
- Operational calls — completed calls deduplicated across regional cells
- Operational seconds — the recorded completed-call duration
- Operational minutes — fractional minutes calculated after all operational seconds are added and displayed to two decimal places
The separate Exact-connected billable evidence card contains only immutable connected-to-ended facts. Older operational duration is not silently treated as invoiceable usage.
The table breaks quantities down by tenant, agent, and source. Sources with no usage in the selected period are not shown. Unanswered, rejected, failed, and zero-length calls are excluded.
Exact-connected billing evidence starts from its activation date; earlier calls may still appear in operational history. Cross-cell duplicates are counted once, and usage recorded in a prior data region is included safely. When this happens, the page confirms that the displayed totals are already adjusted and that no action is required. If any configured regional cell cannot be queried, the page shows an unavailable message instead of a partial total. Usage views contain quantities only and do not show prices, rates, currencies, costs, revenue, or margin.
