View SMS history
Review redacted transactional SMS delivery and usage cost.
Open SMS History in the portal sidebar and choose a UTC date range. Each row shows the redacted recipient and sender, agent, approved purpose, related call, provider acceptance, final delivery status, parts, and finalized cost.
Provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery. A later finalized status can be delivered, delivery unconfirmed, or failed. Some carrier-accepted failures are still billable, so a failed row can legitimately show provider cost.
The page never displays message bodies or complete phone numbers. Provider cost is the actual finalized Telnyx usage amount. Billable SMS usage applies the platform policy snapshotted when the message was created. Recurring number rental, SMS capability, registration, and campaign fees are separate charges and are not included in message usage.
