- GHL embedded portal — available now. Generate an embed URL from the tenant detail page and add it to GHL as a custom menu link (GHL setup guide, Step 5). The login, portal, embed navbar, and tenant widget consistently use the branding assigned by your Platform Admin.
Branding and domains
Brand name, logo, favicon, and accent color can be inherited from your partner or top-level organization, with tenant-specific exceptions applied one field at a time. Only Platform Admin can change branding. A tenant custom domain is a separate exact-host setting: it is never inherited from an organization or partner and cannot grant access to another tenant.

Partners with dashboard access should use Admin → Runbooks (/admin/docs) for step-by-step SOPs: inbound routing, PBX setup, GHL onboarding, and call verification.
