Which sign-in should I use?

The sign-in guide distinguishes Platform Admin, Organization Admin and Operator, Partner Admin and Operator, Client Portal User, and legacy shared API-key portal access.

Branding and domains
Brand name, logo, favicon, and accent color can be inherited from your partner or top-level organization, with tenant-specific exceptions applied one field at a time. Only Platform Admin can change branding. A tenant custom domain is never inherited from an organization or partner. Client portal access remains bound to that exact tenant. Organization and partner staff may also sign in on an in-scope tenant domain or on a direct-root tenant domain that serves as a same-root staff gateway. A branded host never widens permissions, and portal sessions remain bound to the exact tenant.

After signing in with an authorized organization or partner account, open
Admin → Runbooks (/admin/docs) for step-by-step SOPs covering access,
inbound routing, PBX setup, GHL onboarding, and call verification.
Embed an agent on your website
Open the agent's Embed Code section to copy a floating button, compact iframe, landing-page iframe, or direct widget URL. The Deploy page uses the same widget hostname and preserves the selected agent.
Links use your tenant's configured custom domain first. If none is set, they use an unambiguous organization gateway in the same region, then the regional platform dashboard. Your operator configures these domains. The hostname does not depend on which dashboard address you used to sign in.
When your operator changes the widget domain, replace the snippet already pasted on your website with a freshly copied version.
